Qualified expenses are under the discretion of the NGBSA board.  Receipts are required to be submitted to our treasurer for reimbursements.  Reimbursable expenses are expenses that a team accrues that benefit the team as a whole.

Examples of qualified expenses:
Trophies
Uniforms
Player equipment (team helmets, team equipment bags, team shoes, etc.)
Team parties
Practice Baseballs
Tournament Fees (All-Star and Travel Teams)
Travel and Lodging (All-Star and Travel Teams > 90 miles)

Examples of non-qualified expenses:
Equipment that one player or coach retains at the end of the season.
Alcohol
Travel expenses < 90 miles.
